Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the purchase and supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for specific buildings in the Opoczyskie District. The sale and distribution of electricity takes place on the terms specified in the regulations. Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) in accordance with the applicable regulations relating to the above-mentioned Act and the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964. - Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071). 2. Detailed description the subject of the order includes: 2.1. List and characteristics of facilities in the Opoczno district and estimated electricity consumption in the buildings of the Ordering Party and related entities in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 Appendix No. 1a to SWZ.3. The contractor will be there supplies electricity in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service specified in the implementing acts to the Energy Law.4. The subject of the order should be performed on the basis of a comprehensive agreement referred to in Art. 5 section 3 of the Energy Law.5.
