Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive purchase of gas fuel by Employers and their organizational units during the delivery period, i.e. from 01.01.2022 to 31/12/2022 for the purchasing group specified in Annex 1a to SWZ. 2. The Contractor shall make all activities and arrangements with the DSOnecessary to carry out the supplier change procedure and effectively start the sale of gas fuel, including in particular: termination of existing comprehensive agreements, notification of new comprehensive gas fuel sales agreements to the DSO. The Contractor will perform these activities on the basis of the stackown powers of attorney granted upon concluding gas fuel sales agreements. 3. The indicated positive tolerance regarding the volume of gas fuel that is the subject of the order should be understood as an option right within the meaning of Art. 441 Pzp. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterallyunder the option right to extend the order in an amount not exceeding 15% of the total offer price. The right arising from the option will be exercised automatically through gas consumption by individual PPGs and its subsequent settlement by the Contractor. The subject of the order is a computerLex purchase of gas fuel divided into two tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Purchase of gas fuel by the Ordering Party and their organizational units with a total estimated volume of 101,535.6 MWh (/- 15%) during the delivery period, i.e. from January 1, 2022 year until December 31, 2022 for the Purchasing Group specified...
