CS Natura Tour sp. z o. o. replacement of the roof with thermal insulation - design documentation, in CKS "Zacisze" ul. Piłsudskiego 20, Spała"Subject description orders: Contractor obliged will be responsible for preparing complete design and cost estimate documentation regarding the replacement of the roof covering, including the replacement of roofs, sheet metal flashing, gutters and downpipes, roof hatches, ventilation installations, lightning protection installations or other alternative solutions agreed with Ordering Party. The work should include: - renovation of chimneys, ventilation elements and other elements located on the roof, - insulation of the non-usable attic along with the construction of technical platforms for the attic and roof infrastructure, - preparation of a dendrological expert opinion, - preparation of design of a lightning protection system, - development of security for telecommunications and fire protection installations. way to enable the facility to function at least attic floors, - study design for strengthening the roof structure (if necessary), - preparation of a map for design purposes (if necessary), - land development design, taking into account the necessary project arrangements, including a fire appraiser, and obtaining a building permit or notification (if necessary). necessary...
