The subject of the order is the comprehensive rescue service of the Indoor Swimming Pool in Napraw no. 700, in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026, in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons staying at water areas (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714, as amended) and its implementing acts. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its execution: 1) The Ordering Party requires constant rescue personnel and the safety of people staying in the indoor swimming pool hall Swimming in Naprawa, which should take place in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026, from Monday to Friday from from 12:00 to 21:00, Saturday, Sunday from from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and holidays, i.e. approximately 2,880 hours in total.2) The Ordering Party requires a permanent staff of 2 lifeguards, on duty at designated times. zones of the swimming pool hall. 3) The Ordering Party requires the execution of the subject of the order with the help of rescuers indicated in the list of persons who will participate in the execution of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and to the contract.
