- 1. The subject of the order is: 1) ensuring the safety of people using the swimming pool of the Sports and Recreation Center in the Bemowo District in accordance with applicable law, the detailed scope of responsibilities is specified in the provisions of the Act of June 25, 2010 on sports (Journal of Laws 2020.1133, consolidated text). Regulations and the Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714, as amended) together with the applicable Regulations; 2) control over compliance with the provisions of the Facility Regulations; 3) ensuring the provision of services by persons having appropriate authorizations, in accordance with currently applicable legal regulations; 4) ensuring continuous staffing of two rescue posts a week: Monday from 16:00 to 22:00, Tuesday from 16:00 to 22:00, Wednesday from 16:00 to 22:00, Thursday from 14:00 to 22:00, Friday - from 16:00 - 22:00.5) ensuring continuous staffing of three rescue stations on Saturdays and Sundays during the Center's working hours, i.e. 06:00-22:00;6) providing qualified first aid, and in more serious cases, calling Emergency...
