The subject of the contract is: "Comprehensive sales of high-methane gas fuel with symbol E to the contracting authority in the period 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 together with the distribution service, indicated in chapter I,, items 1-5, divided into two parts (division into two parts serves only and switching off indicating entities with the possibility and without the possibility of using tariff protection in order to facilitate the preparation of the offer and calculate the price by contractors):
of the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions to protect gas fuel consumers in connection with the situation on the gas market, the size of the order planned during the order is: 14 421 812 kWh according to Annex 1a to SWZ,
competitive market prices and in the part settled according to the tariff price approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the order of the order according to the planned order during the order is: 3 197 675 kWh according to Annex 1b to SWZ
facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ.
