- 1. The subject of the order is: "Comprehensive sale of high-methane gas fuel with the symbol E to the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, together with the distribution service, indicated in Chapter I, point 1 - point 3, divided into two parts:
1.1. Part I concerns gas consumption points (also called PPG) which will be settled according to the tariff prices approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office within the meaning of the Act of January 26, 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gaseous fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market, the size of the order planned during the orderthe amount is: 11,340,486 kWh according to Annex No. 1a to SWZ,
1.2. Part II concerns PPG settled according to competitive market prices and partially settled according to the tariff price approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the order volume planned during the order period is: 3,542,010 kWh according to the attachments.ika no. 1b to SWZ. Total estimated volume approx. 14,882,496 kWh
