- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Powitne Commune from property owners in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, provided that the contractor equips all properties with waste bags no later than December 31, 2025. and organizing and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Powitne (PSZOK) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Waste collection will be carried out in 35 towns in the Powitne Commune. List of properties from which they will be collected The Ordering Party will deliver municipal waste to the Contractor within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. During the period covered by the contract, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, it is assumed that there will be: - unsegregated mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) - 350 Mg - other waste 250 Mg. As part of the exercise contract, the Contractor, on behalf of the Ordering Party, will provide free of charge property owners with bags for selective collection of individual fractions of segregated waste.
