Description:
The subject of the contract is constant and comprehensive service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the field of business travels, consisting of:
1) booking, sales and delivery of airline tickets for domestic and foreign business trips,
2) booking, purchase and delivery of railway tickets to national and foreign business trips,
3) booking and buying accommodation at hotels in the country and abroad, as well as issuing and delivering vouchers confirming the paid reservations,
4) takeover and pay for the reservation of a foreign and domestic hotel at prices given by Ordering Party (negotiated directly with the hotel),
5) transport services on the route: the headquarters of the Ordering Party - Chopin Airport in Warsaw - the headquarters of the Ordering Party, passenger cars, clean and punctual.
6) Keeping a service point at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
