Description:
1. The subject of the order is comprehensive service for foreign trips made as part of the activities conducted by the Center for Economic Initiatives under the name "Comprehensive service for foreign trips made as part of the activities conducted by the Center for Economic Initiatives", withincluding:
a) reservation and sale of airline tickets on foreign routes, including tickets from the so-called low-cost carriers and related services, including: intermediation in contacts with carriers regarding loyalty programs, complaints, reservation changes, etc.;
b) reservation and psale of hotel rooms abroad along with carrying out all related formalities;
c) ensuring the most advantageous transfers during foreign trips, in particular on the route airport-hotel, hotel-airport, hotel-fair, fair-hotel, fair-airport, airport - fairs with Mrhandling all related formalities;
d) providing insurance policies for mission participants.
e) purchasing entry tickets for mission participants to the fairs that are the purpose of the mission.
2. A detailed description and method of executing the order is included in the Contract Template and Detailed Description of the Subject Zorder, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ", constituting Annex No. 9 and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, respectively.
