The Parties conclude an Agreement under which the Contractor undertakes to provide services in the field of comprehensive operation of a gas boiler room in a commercial building, at the headquarters of the Public Transport Authority at ul. Matejki 59 in Poznań, ensuring safe and economical operation of the boiler room and continuity of heating supplied by the facility's boiler room. 2. By this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to ensure continuity of heating supplied by the facility's boiler room, connected to the heating system, in accordance with the operating instructions and documentation of the boiler room and regulations, in particular in Health and safety at work on energy devices and installations.
