Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive service of domestic and foreign business trips of the Employer or non -employees of the Employer indicated by the Employer in the scope of:
a) booking and selling accommodation in hotels or other facilities accommodation services at home and abroad,
b) car rental at home and abroad,
c) booking, sales and delivery of railway tickets on national routes and on routes in relation to and from Poland,
d) booking, sales and delivery of domestic and foreign airline tickets - option.
2. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The conditions for the order for the performance of the contract were specified in the contract template, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ - a contract template.
