Comprehensive service for organizing an arrival visit to Podlaskie Voivodeship in June 2026 for representatives of foreign innovation valleys, entrepreneurs, scientists and representatives of local authorities as part of the project "Agricultural Valley Innovation Ecosystem 4.0" (Project no. FEPD.01.01-IZ.00-0057/24) Comprehensive service of organizing an inbound visit to the Podlaskie Voivodeship in June 2026 for representatives of foreign innovation valleys, entrepreneurs, scientists and representatives of local authorities, dedicated to entities related to the area of ​​smart specializations, i.e. AgriTech, FoodTech, HealthTech from regions cooperating with the Podlaskie Voivodeship, located in three different countries, i.e. Finland, Spain and Romania. Scope of the order - according to OPZ: 1)Implementation air transport services - includes the reservation and purchase of airline tickets for participants from their home countries to Poland and back. Local transport from the participant's place of residence to the departure airport (and back) is the responsibility of the participant and is not the subject of the order. 2)Provision of local transport services in Poland - includes transfers from the destination airport in Poland to the place of accommodation/conference and all local transfers provided for in the agenda of the visit to the area RP. 3) Implementation of the substantive part of the visit - in accordance with the agenda. 4)Provision of hotel services - accommodation in Poland. 5)Providing catering services - feeding participants in...
