- The subject of the order are comprehensive hardware and transport services in the field of winter maintenance of poviat roads in the winter season 2025/2026 for successively, as needed by the Ordering Party, on the roads administered by the Poviat Road Administration in Mińsk Mazowiecki, divided into:: Task 1: Road and Mostow Service in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Task 2: Road and Mostowa Service in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Task 3: Road and Mostow Service in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Task 4: Road and Mostow Service in Stanisławow, Task 5: Road and Mostowa Service in Stanisławow. 2. Detailed description The subject of the contract was specified in Annex 12 to SWZ - documentation specifying the subject of the contract. The maximum number of tasks for which the Contractor can submit offers: 2 tasks. The maximum number of tasks for which the order can be awarded to one contractor: 2 tasks. Folding more The number of offers than the maximum number (i.e. submitting offers for more than 2 tasks) will reject all offers submitted by a given contractor on all tasks, in accordance with art. 226 paragraph 1 item 5) of the PZP Act.
The contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks ensuring 100% the demand indicated by the Ordering Party. In connection with the above, by submitting an offer for more than one task, you cannot offer the same hardware unit for various tasks, i.e. each task must have its hardware units.
