1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service including delivery and distribution elements electricity in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 for the needs of the facilities of the Maritime Fisheries Institute - National Research Institute:

b)Location - Gdynia Aquarium MIR-PIB al. Jana Pawła II 1, 81-345 Gdynia
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to provide electricity and ensure electricity transmission services. The order should be fulfilled in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Law energetic (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended, and implementing acts to this Act.
3. A detailed description of the order is included in Annexes No. A1, A2 and A3 to the SWZ and Annex No. 5 - Important provisions of the contract.
