Comprehensive supply and provision of electricity distribution services for the Tarnowo Podgorne commune, organizational units of the Tarnowo Podgorne commune, cultural institutions and municipal companies in 2026-2027
1. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the order for parts I, Part II, Part III and Part IV of the subject of the contract on the principles and conditions, taking into account the relevant provisions of the contract included in Annex 10 and No. 11 to SWZ.
2 electricity consumption will participate in the Energy Cooperative, under the conditions set out by the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1436, as amended), Act of 16 September 1982 Cooperative Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 648, as amended), Act of 4 October 2018 on farmers' cooperatives (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2073, as amended).
3. The member of the authorized person informs that for entities indicated in point 1) Annex 2 to SWZ will be signed with one joint contract with the Contractor, and for the indicated entities
In point 2) of Annex 2 to SWZ, each of the contracting authorities will sign a separate contract with the contractor.
