- 1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity in 2026, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Bukowno. Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing regulations. Detailed information regarding individual measurement points is presented in the summary table constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. A renewable energy installation - photovoltaic panels2 - is connected to two consumption points. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular the quality standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade3.
