- The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, i.e. hereinafter referred to as the "Act - Energy Law", for the needs of the Gdańsk Wodociągow Sp. z o.o. listed in Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4 to the contract, in the amount of approx. 47,560 MWh/year.
