Description:
1. Comprehensive supply should be provided:
1.1. in the scope of sales of electricity and provision of its distribution services;
1.2. in the scope of settlement of electricity introduced into the network from micro-installations. Collection of electricity generated in the Ordering Party's RES installations during the periode from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The Ordering Party declares that it is not entered in the register of electricity producers kept by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office;
1.3. in the field of commercial balancing.
2.Estimated amount of energy supplied during the implementation period of the itemu order amounts to: 2,102.451 MWh (2,102,451 kWh), including:
2.1. energy billed around the clock in the C12A group: 611,897 kWh
2.2. energy billed 24 hours a day in group C21: 268,098 kWh
2.3. energy billed 24 hours a day in group C23: 772,946 kWh
2.4. energy billed 24 hours a day in group B23: 449,510 kWh
Comprehensive supply of electricity (in the exchange model) along with the provision of collection and settlement of electricity introduced into the DSO network from micro-installations for the facilities of GPK Szemud Sp. z o. o.
Comprehensive delivery should be provided:
1.1. in the scope of sales of electricity andproviding its distribution services;
1.2. in the scope of accounting for electricity introduced into the network from micro-installations. Collection of electricity generated in the Ordering Party's RES installations in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
