The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of street lighting and facilities belonging to the Commune. Radecznica. The purchasers of electricity are 1) the Commune of Radecznica together with its organizational units and 2) the Public Library of the Commune of Radecznica.
