- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution (transmission) services to the Ordering Party's facilities in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. 2. The ordering party places the order for complex services, within the meaning of Art. 3 point 30 of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385), implemented on the basis of the comprehensive agreement referred to in Art. 5 section 3 of this Act. 3. The sale of electricity to the Ordering Party will take place in accordance with the provisions the Act and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the customer service standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819), Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503), as well as in accordance with Polish Standards. 5.
