The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services supplied to ROS Sp. z o. o. in Rokietnica (Sports hall, GOK, Library, rented commercial space, fire station of the Volunteer Fire Department, sports fields) in 2026 within the meaning of Art. 3 section 30 and art. 5 section 3 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the quality standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 14, 2022 amending the regulation on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements for heat supply.
