Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, within a period of 18 months from January 1, 2026 (until June 30, 2027) to 17 consumption points (PPE) described in detail in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (PPE List) with a total estimated volume of 248,559 kWh.2. Volume data indicated in section 1, are indicative. The projected electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. A lot of electricity was estimated based on historical data on electricity consumption over the last 18 months. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity will not involve any consequences for the Ordering Party (customers), apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.3. The Ordering Party declares the purchase of energy with a volume of not less than 90% of the volume indicated in section 1. 4.
