- 4.1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order settled within the energy cooperative. The demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is: 261,668 kWh of the basic order. The amount of energy given is the demand minus the energy produced in renewable energy. During the duration of the order, the concluded comprehensive agreement may be extended to include the settlement of PPE within the operating energy cooperative (Spdzielnia Energetyczna Boleszkowice, ul. Soneczna 24, 74-407 Boleszkowice). The amount of PPE that can be settled in 2026 within the energy cooperative will result from the construction or acquisition of new sources oze.
