- 4.1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order, settled within the energy cooperative, excluding 3 PPE (energy consumption points) (PPE no. 590310600029115503, 590310600001332423, 590310600030237911), which will not be settled within the energy cooperative. Comprehensive contracts with renewable energy settlement on a net metering basis will be concluded for these PPEs, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources. The information is provided in Annex No 1 to SWZ description of the subject of the order. 4.2. The demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is: 492,436 kWh of the basic order. The given amount of energy is the demand after subtracting the energy produced in renewable energy cooperatives. 4.3. Ordering party have micro-installations settled on a net billing basis in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources, information about PPE is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the order.4.4.
