Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply (including delivery and provision of distribution services) of electricity to 162 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 2,800.59 MWh in the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2028, of which:
1) For premises and facilities 2,295.33 MWh
2)For your needs road lighting 505.26 MWh.
- Details regarding electricity consumption at individual consumption points are described in Annex No. 1a and Annex 1b to the SWZ.
- The projected electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the actual consumption amount of energy consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not result in any consequences for the ordering parties (customers), apart from the need to pay for the actually consumed amount of energy and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Tariff. Operator.
At the request of the Ordering Party, it is possible to increase or reduce the number of energy consumption points listed in Annex No. 1a and 1b to the SWZ, the change may not exceed 20%.
After the resolution of the proceedings, the Ordering Party, the Janikowo Commune and the Municipal and Housing Enterprise Sp. z o. o. will independently sign an appropriate contract with the Contractor regarding the submitted PPE
