Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity with distribution services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of the Jeleniewo Commune together with organizational units in the period January 1, 2026. December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party, as part of the public procurement procedure, acts pursuant to the provisions of Art. 37 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law on behalf of and for the benefit of the organizational units of the Jeleniewo Commune indicated in the proceedings documentation.2. The order also includes energy billing electricity introduced into the DSO network by the Ordering Party - a prosumer, generated in micro-installations (photovoltaic installations) listed in Appendix No. 2. Description of the subject of the order, including the provision of the reception and transmission service of this electricity.3. Total estimated energy consumption electricity [MWh] in the period January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 is 224.654 MWh. This amount is indicative, used to compare offers and in no way constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given amount.
