- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity with distribution services for the needs of the Kostrzyn Commune and its organizational units for a period of 12 months to the facilities listed in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - detailed description of the subject of the order (list of energy consumption points electricity).
2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order, including names and locations of facilities, forecast demand for electricity during the duration of the contract, types of tariffs, contracted capacity, place of delivery and necessary data for concluding a contract). Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft contractual provisions - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. Comprehensive supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Law energy, the Act of December 8, 2017 on the capacity market and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to these acts, in particular the customer service quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022 on detailed rules shaping, calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trade and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 11, 2020 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system.
