Description:
1) The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities of the District Vocational Activation Center in Wierzchosawice in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in accordance with applicable regulations and quality standards.2) Planned demand for electricity in the indicated period. period is 291.1 MWh 3) The projected electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party, except: the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed and the transmission service in accordance with the applicable Operator's Tariff. The contractor should take into account fluctuations in consumption at the level of (+/-) 15%
