Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery with distribution service - in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 - up to 48 consumption points (PPE), described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ (PPE List), with a total estimated volume of 1,019,774 kWh.
2.The above data is indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the ordering party referred to in Art. 37 of the Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions intended to protect electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, taking into account electricity generated in Micro-Installations and used by Prosumers (estimated auto-consumption). The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in consumption electricity. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (customers), apart from the need to pay for the actually consumed amount of energy and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff.
Estimated quantity indicated energy is the amount that the ordering party intends to purchase and does not include consumed energy produced on its own.
3. The proceedings covered PPE with photovoltaic panels installed.
