- The subject of the plan is the executor to be seen in favor of the ordering comprehensive supply of electricity including sales and experience of distribution removal as well as reception and accounting for electricity for prosumer, introduced into the network from micro -installation, in the tariff group of OSDC11 and B22 on the principles set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 303, as amended) in the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026 to two points of collection for the needs of the Poviat Hospital Alfred Sokowski in Zotow, with specific quality standards andforecast 920 MWh volume. Including:- Energy Punction in Piecew 26, 64-915 Tarnwka, in the forecast 850 MWh volume,- Energy Punishment in Zotow at ul. Szpitalna 28, 77400 ZOTW, in the forecast 70 MWh volume. A detailed description of the subject of the fall and conditions for the implementation of the fallDetermines: 1) description of the subject of the skew - Officer No. 2 to SWZ; 2) relevant provisions of the Agreement.
