Description:
Comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, to residential buildings and commercial facilities managed by the Municipal Property Management Board in Jaworzno. The subject of the order includes comprehensive services, including within the meaning of art. 3 point 30 of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (uniform text - Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), which will be implemented on the basis of the comprehensive agreement referred to in Art. 5 section 3 of this Act, consisting in the sale and distribution of energy electricity. The subject of the order shall specify: 1) List of the number of electricity consumption points, estimated electricity consumption in the period of 12 months of 2026, contracted power - divided into tariff groups and connection groups, constituting Annex No. 9 to SWZ, 2) List of buildings and facilities managed by the Municipal Property Management Board in Jaworzno, to which electricity will be supplied, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
