- Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and ensuring the provision of electricity distribution services for the Institute of Occupational Medicine in ΕΓ³dΕΊ in 2026 year. 2. Sale of electricity and provision of distribution services within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the Institute of Occupational Medicine in ΕΓ³dΕΊ, powered by a 15/0.4 transformer kV with a power of 600 kVA (only for IMP purposes) in station 11022. 3. Sale of electricity in the planned amount of approximately 1,000 MWh within 12 months from the date of awarding the order. 4. The above value was used to calculate the estimated value order and does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and cannot under any circumstances constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the forecast the amount of electricity consumption resulting, in particular, from the devices owned by the Ordering Party, without legal and financial consequences for the Ordering Party. 6.
