Description:
6.1 The subject of the order includes the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to buildings and equipment owned by Stare Miasto-Park sp. z o.o. or under its management.
6.2 During the period of validity of the contract, the Ordering Party forecasts electricity consumption at the level of 1,662 MWh, with the following:
6.1.1 for part no. 1
with a total expected consumption for 2026 of 870 MWh
-24 hours a day in the B11 tariff group 165.0 MWh,
-24 hours a day in the B21 tariff group 102.5 MWh,
-24 hours a day in the C11 tariff group 547.5 MWh,
-24/7 in the C12a tariff group 55.0 MWh,
6.1.2 for part no. 2
with a total expected consumption for 2026 of 792 MWh
-24 hours a day in the B21 tariff group - 345 MWh, photovoltaic panels were installed with a total capacity of 49.2 kW
-24 hours a day in the C11 tariff group - 32 MWh, photovoltaic panels were installed with a total power of 13.9 kW
The projected electricity consumption specified by the Ordering Party is indicative. The quantities indicated are estimated quantities intended for this purpose determining the value of the order, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity.
