- The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services as well as the purchase of electricity generated in the SPZLO installation in Racik together with commercial balancing services within a period of 24 months, in accordance with provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as: the EP Act, the implementing provisions of this Act, and in particular the amending Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 13, 2020 on detailed rules for shaping and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904), Tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO Tariff), Distribution Network Operation and Operation Instructions (IRiESD) and generally applicable legal regulations.
