- 1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. The demand for electricity in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 is: 1 148 688 KWh of basic order.
2. Detailed The scope of the order was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract were specified in the designed provisions of the electricity sales contract - Annex 2 to Swz.
The comprehensive supply of electricity will take place on the terms specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law, the Act of 8 December 2017 on the Power Market and in accordance with the executive provisions issued to these acts, in particular with the standards quality of service of recipients specified in the regulation of the Minister of the Climate and Environment of September 9, 2023 amending the regulation on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trading, regulation of the minister of climate and environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The above provisions apply to the method of calculation, settlements and quality parameters of supplied electricity.
