- 1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Czarna Woda Commune and the organizational units of the Czarna Woda Commune listed in Chapter I point 3 of this ToR, in accordance with the provisions Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) together with implementing regulations.2. The total estimated electricity consumption during the order period, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, up to PPE 30, is 684,572 kWh. The scope of the subject matter of the order covered by this procedure specifies a detailed description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ) together with Appendix No. 1 (list of the Ordering Party's facilities covered by the contract) constituting an integral part of this SWZ. Actual demand for electricity, will depend solely on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Any change in the amount of purchased electricity will not result in charging the Ordering Party with additional costs.3. The Ordering Party declares that it has it installed micro-installations...
