- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity over a period of 12 months, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services via distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator to the collection points of the Center for Contemporary Art - Ujazdowski Castle ul. Jazdw 2 00-614 Warszawa. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. The customer is the ordering party entitled persons referred to in Art. 2 point 2 letter e Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and supporting certain consumers in the years 2023-2025 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 290, as amended).3. Place of execution of the subject of the order - Center for Contemporary Art - Ujazdowski Castle, ul. Jazdw 2 in Warsaw. 4. On-site visit: The Ordering Party recommends that the contractors visit the place of delivery of the subject of the order. There is no site visit obligatory.5.
