Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity along with the provision of distribution services to the State Water Management Authority Wody Polskie, the Regional Water Management Board in Krakow in 2026.
will be implemented under the conditions specified in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1385, as amended), the implementing provisions of this Act, in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed operating conditions power system (Journal of Laws 2023, item 819, as amended), the currently applicable tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Instruction for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network, in general applicable legal provisions and unit prices of active energy determined after the resolution of the proceedings in question.
