The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), including the sale and distribution of electricity for the needs of the Specialist Hospital of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Guchoazy. v. John Paul II, within a period of 12 months. The Contractor may commence the comprehensive supply of electricity constituting the subject of the order not earlier than after the successful completion of the supplier change process at the Distribution System Operator and the entry into force of the contract.2. Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations to this Act, in particular with the customer service quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022. on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and method of settlement in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904) and Polish Standards.3.
