The subject of the order is: Comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, supply of electricity to the sanitary building in the swimming pool area in Arki Letnisko at ul. Kpielowa 1B. The contract is concluded for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from January 1, 2026, which is the date of commencement of the provision of the electricity supply service. The contract may be concluded before January 1, 2026, in particular if there is a change of seller and the Contractor is required to take activities related to changes in the supplier, however, the contract for the provision of energy supply services will enter into force on January 1, 2026 for a period of 24 months.1.2. Scope of order: 1. The Ordering Party will purchase electricity for its own needs, as an end user.2. Estimated electricity demand during the term of the contract will be approximately 12,000 kWh.3.
