Comprehensive supply of electricity together with the distribution service to the facilities of the Water and Sewage Department in Tomaszow Mazowiecki Społka z o.o., in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 ....

1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity with the serviceDistribution to the Ordering Party facilities in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.
2. The supply of electricity should take place on the principles set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024r. item 266, 1881, as amended), the Civil Code and executive acts issued on their basis, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1814as amended).
3. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law and executive ordinances to this Act and Polish standards.
4. The Contractor should determine the value of the subject of the contract, taking into account the delivery costselectricity and the provision of electricity distribution service, calculated in accordance with the abovementioned legal acts and all other costs and fees.
5. The place of electricity supply is 75 electricity consumption points, with micro -installations with power to two of them49.755 kW each.
