Description:
1. The subject of the order Comprehensive supply of electricity covering the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for collection points located in the area of Energa Operator S.A.
Electricity consumption (hereinafter PPE) is Annex 3 to SWZ.
It will be on the conditions specified in the Act of 10 April 1997. of the Act, In particular, the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93 item 623, as amended), the current tariff for the services of the electricity distribution of the relevant system operator Distribution (OSD) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Movement Instructions and Operation of the Distribution Network, generally applicable legal provisions and unit active energy prices specified after the proceedings.
Orders were specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
