Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party
comprehensive supply of gas fuel consisting in the sale of gas fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution service to installations located in the Ordering Party's facilities,
hereinafter referred to as "Places of collection the list of which is included in Annex 1 to SWZ I.
2. Forecasted demand for gas fuel for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
is indicated in Annex No. 2.a to SWZ I.
a) The demand for gas fuel takes into account the division into PPGs subject to the Act of January 26, 2022 on specific solutions to protect gas fuel consumers
in connection with the situation on the gas market;
b) At the stage of signing the contract, the Ordering Party will submit appropriate declarations from the recipient of gas fuels about the purpose of the gas fuel on the template proposed by the Contractor (based on
regulation Minister of Climate and Environment of January 28, 2022) confirming
statements regarding the percentage of consumption of the protected volume contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ I.
2 is the estimated value based on the previous one wear and tear and is used only to compare and evaluate offers. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of gas fuel in relation to the quantity specified in section 2 in the amount of +/- 10%.
