The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel with the gas fuel distribution service, i.e. high -methane gas with symbol E to the gas collection points of the organizational units of the Wrocław Commune and other entities for the purposes of a joint order conducted on the basis of art. 38 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
2. The amount of gas fuel (in the period from January 1, 2026 at 6:00 to January 1, 2027 at 6:00) is 61 711.780 MWh.
3.
