- 1. The subject of the order are supplies under the task titled: "Comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the Baranw Sandomierski Commune in 2026. 3. Description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of gas high-methane (group E) low-pressure natural gas, consisting in the sale of gaseous fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution service to installations located at the Ordering Party's facilities, hereinafter referred to as Reception Places, the list of which is included in Annex No. 3 to this specification.2) the total amount of gaseous fuel that will be delivered during the term of the contract to the Reception Sites specified in Annex 3 to this specification is estimated at 734,080 kWh. The amount of gas volume consumption may be increased or decreased up to 20% of the volume.3) Specified fuel volume gas specified in point 2 is an estimated value based on current consumption.
