- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas of group E - to consumption points located in the facilities of the OHP Education and Upbringing Center in Pleszew. The Ordering Party allows offering gas equivalent to the requirements specified in the PN-C-04750:2011 Natural Gas standard. By Equivalent means a gas whose physicochemical properties are not worse than the requirements specified in the above-mentioned standard, in particular in terms of calorific value, methane content, hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur content, nitrogen content, humidity, and the presence of mechanical impurities. If offered equivalent gas, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that the offered product meets equivalent requirements by: presenting appropriate documents (e.g. quality certificates, test reports), indicating the standards according to which the gas is produced/supplied, comparing the parameters of the offered gas with the requirements PN-C-04750:2011 standards. The Ordering Party reserves the right to assess the equivalence of the offered gas on the basis of the submitted documents. Failure to demonstrate equivalence will result in rejection of the offer.
