- "Comprehensive supply of gas fuel (high-methane natural gas type E) including sales and provision of gas fuel distribution services for the needs of the Kostrzyn Commune and organizational units... 1.The subject of the order is the provision of services by The Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E for the needs of the Kostrzyn Commune and organizational units and cultural institutions (hereinafter referred to as Recipients), including the sale of gaseous fuel and providing distribution services to installations located in the Ordering Party's facilities, hereinafter referred to as gas consumption points (PPG), indicated in Annex No. 1A and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. For the costs of using the subject of the order in the above-mentioned period they submit consists of: fee for the sale of gas fuel, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee. 3. The comprehensive supply of gas fuel will take place on the terms and conditions specified in the provisions of the agreement containing the provisions of the agreement sales and contracts for the provision of gas distribution services and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis and Polish Standards. 4.Delivered natural gas should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law and the implementing acts issued on its basis and the Act of February 16, 2007 on stocks of crude oil and products oil and natural gas and the rules of conduct in the event of a threat to state security and disruptions in the oil market. 5.Gas will be delivered by...
