Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas for the facilities of the Krynica-Zdroj Commune in 2026-2027, indicated in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. Gas will be supplied on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of a sales contract and a service provision contract transmission or distribution of gas (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis.
Estimated demand for natural gas in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 is 8,818,822 kWh.
