Description:
1. These proceedings are conducted in an open tender under the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act", "PZP Act" or "PZP", "PZP", and these specification"SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued on the basis of art. 3 para. 2 PZP. 3. The contracting authority provides for the use of the so -called inverted procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the PZP Act, i.e. the ordering partyHe will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. Pursuant to art. 257 PZP, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the itemsEgo of proceedings, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract was not granted to him. 5. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction. 6. The Ordering Party does not provide for submitting variant offers and in the form of electro catalogsnimous. 7. The Ordering Party does not conduct proceedings to conclude a framework agreement. 8. Provisions regarding the ordering of deliveries shall apply to the proceedings. 9.
